Ready to purchase your first home?
Make it memorable by owning the 7.5-acre property and 31,700-square foot palace that Greg Norman has reportedly listed in South Florida. The price tag: a cool $25 million.
This is nothing new for the Shark, who has dabbled in high-priced real estate before. In 2007, he paid a mind-boggling $65 million for a mansion on Jupiter Island.
But hey, this little listing is no shack either. According to Realtor.com, Norman originally purchased the lot, which backs up to Boca Delray Golf & Country Club, in 2007 for $7 million. Recently, however, he decided to add a colossal home to the package – how thoughtful! – that reportedly will feature seven bedrooms, 19 bathrooms, 28,945 square feet of livable space, 10-car garage, bridged entry towers and water views. Pets are allowed, too.
